玲龍一號反應(yīng)堆核心模塊

被高高吊起,向著核島方向移動。

壓力容器、蒸發(fā)器等關(guān)鍵設(shè)備一步到位,

玲龍一號全球首堆的安裝工作步入高峰期。

這是玲龍一號核島設(shè)備安裝關(guān)鍵路徑上的第一個里程碑節(jié)點,是核反應(yīng)堆模塊化制造和安裝的一次“首秀”,代表全球核能小型化邁出了歷史性一步,標志著我國在模塊式小型堆建造上走在了世界前列,也是中核集團把主題教育與重大工程建設(shè)結(jié)合起來,扎實推進主題教育在以學鑄魂、以學增智、以學正風、以學促干方面走深走實、見行見效的生動實踐。

為確保工程質(zhì)量全面可控,項目團隊統(tǒng)籌謀劃設(shè)備驗收、出廠、轉(zhuǎn)運、接收、吊裝工作,在監(jiān)管當局全程嚴格監(jiān)督下,海監(jiān)、設(shè)備廠商、現(xiàn)場建設(shè)團隊通力配合,有效克服了天氣復雜多變、設(shè)備穩(wěn)定性要求高、首堆經(jīng)驗缺乏等多種困難,終于達成了“充分準備,一次成功”的目標。

玲龍一號是中核集團積極貫徹落實習近平總書記和黨中央關(guān)于加快建設(shè)科技強國、實現(xiàn)科技自立自強的重要指示和決策部署的重要成果,是中核集團積極踐行國家創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的重要實踐,是繼華龍一號后我國核電自主創(chuàng)新的重大成果,填補了國內(nèi)空白,具有廣闊的全球市場前景,成為又一張靚麗的“國家名片”。
此次吊裝的玲龍一號反應(yīng)堆核心模塊也被稱作“玲龍之心”,是玲龍一號的核心部件,由中核集團中國核動力研究設(shè)計院自主設(shè)計和采購,中國第一重型機械股份公司承制,是100%的“中國制造”,集成了壓力容器、蒸發(fā)器、主泵接管,并取消了主管道。其中,蒸汽發(fā)生器是內(nèi)置在反應(yīng)堆壓力容器里的,吊裝前,蒸汽發(fā)生器就已經(jīng)在工廠與反應(yīng)堆壓力容器完成了組焊,是制造難度最高、最具代表性的“工廠化預(yù)制、模塊化制造”核電主設(shè)備,其設(shè)計創(chuàng)新既提高了核電站安全性和可靠性,又極大地縮短了工期,提高了經(jīng)濟性。
小型堆因其安全性、部署靈活性及多用途等方面的獨特優(yōu)勢,在新一輪核能技術(shù)變革和國際產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭中的作用日益凸顯。據(jù)國際原子能機構(gòu)(IAEA)統(tǒng)計,全球范圍內(nèi)正在開發(fā)的小型堆技術(shù)有超過80種,美、俄、英、日、韓等核電大國均將小型堆技術(shù)列入國家戰(zhàn)略。玲龍一號是中核集團在成熟壓水堆核電站和核電技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上開發(fā)的具有自主知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的創(chuàng)新型核反應(yīng)堆,是全球首個通過IAEA通用安全審查的小型模塊化壓水反應(yīng)堆。同時,中核集團積極響應(yīng)IAEA的小堆倡議,參與了IAEA首個小堆用戶需求文件編制工作,為模塊化小型堆發(fā)展貢獻中國智慧。
今年9月,小堆技術(shù)發(fā)展和應(yīng)用及用戶需求和發(fā)展跨地區(qū)研討會將在海南舉辦,屆時玲龍一號將面向全球進行展示。


自設(shè)計之初,玲龍一號就不止于發(fā)電,還具有熱電聯(lián)供、水電聯(lián)供、城市區(qū)域供熱、海水淡化、工業(yè)工藝供熱、自備電廠等多用途。作為高安全的分布式清潔能源,可類似常規(guī)燃煤熱電廠,靠近城鎮(zhèn)及工業(yè)園區(qū)部署,讓核能“貼近城市、靠近用戶”成為可能。
海南核電多用途模塊式小型堆科技示范工程于2021年7月13日在海南開工建設(shè),由中國核電工程公司總承包,中核二二負責土建施工,中核五公司負責設(shè)備安裝,是全球首個建造的陸上商用模塊化小型壓水堆。建成投運后,預(yù)計每年發(fā)電量可達10億度,可滿足海南52.6萬戶家庭用電需求。同時,每年可減少二氧化碳排放量約88萬噸,相當于一年植樹750萬棵。不僅將以穩(wěn)定可靠的清潔能源助力國家“雙碳”目標實現(xiàn)和海南“清潔能源島”建設(shè),更將以先進反應(yīng)堆技術(shù)的示范效應(yīng),推動世界核能的發(fā)展。



World's first! 

"The Heart of Linglong One" in place

On August 10th, the core module of the Linglong One reactor, a multi-purpose modular small reactor in Hainan, a subsidiary of China National Nuclear Corporation (CNNC), was lifted and moved towards the nuclear island. Pressure vessel, evaporator and other key equipment were installed in one step, marking the peak phase of Linglong One’s installation.

This is the first milestone of the installation of Linglong One nuclear island. It marks the debut of modular manufacturing and installation of nuclear reactor modules, representing a historic step of global nuclear miniaturization and highlighting China's leading position in the modular manufacturing of small pressurized reactor units.

The core module, also known as "the heart of Linglong One", is Linglong One’s core components. It integrates pressure vessel, evaporator, and primary pump receiver, and removes the main pipeline. The steam generator is inside the reactor pressure vessel. Before the lifting, the steam generator already undergone joint welding with the reactor pressure vessel at the factory, effectively integrating the "lungs" and "heart" of the nuclear power plant. It is the most challenging and representative nuclear power main equipment featuring "factory prefabrication and modular manufacturing" processes. The design and construction of Linglong One are revolutionary and groundbreaking. Modular construction is its most prominent feature. Through standardized design, single module production, and mass production, it shortens the construction period and reduces costs while improving safety. The modular small reactor has a simplified system and small size, which is convenient for transportation and operation. It allows flexible adjustments and construction according to users' requirements, resulting in significant economic benefits.

The Hainan Nuclear Power Multi-purpose Modular Small Reactor Technology Demonstration Project is the world's first commercial land-based small modular pressurized water reactor. Upon its operation, it is expected to generate one billion kilowatt-hours of electricity per year, which could meet the needs of 526,000 households and is equivalent to reducing around 880,000 tons of CO2 emissions or planting 7.5 million trees. With its stable and reliable clean energy supply, it will contribute to China’s carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals and the construction of a "clean energy island" in Hainan, and drive the development of nuclear energy worldwide.
